THESE are the supergirl twins - who have defied all the odds to survive.
They have pulled through in a tremendous battle for survival that began in the womb just weeks after their conception.
But now they are going from strength to strength at home, much to the delight and relief of their parents.
Their mother Corrina, 32, who lives in Edinburgh with her 39-year-old husband Richard works in the army, said; ‘The girls have done so well.
‘It’s amazing that they have both pulled through and are here with us today. We are so proud of them both.’
The twins epic battle for survival began just weeks after their conception. The couple had already gone through two cycle of IVF in an attempt to conceive after Mrs Lamb had been diagnosed with the painful condition endometriosis, and it was their third and final attempt.
