WHEN Tracey Cooke looked at the photograph of her twin girls, she expected to see the usual two pairs of blue eyes looking at her.
But instead of four blue eyes, there was only three - and one black one.
It was a photograph that was to help save the life of her twin daughter Sophie, as it told her mother that something was seriously wrong.
A week later she was examined by eye specialists at Sheffield Hallamshire Hospital and it was revealed that Sophie had cancerous tumours growing behind her eye. [download copy]
