PICTURE SHOWS EMILY THE ORPHAN'S FOSTER MUM THE FIRST HERD OF ORPHANED ELEPHANTS THAT HAVE BEEN REARED VIA THE NAIROBI ORPHANAGE AND NOW ARE IN THE WILD DOMAIN OF THE TSAVO NATIONAL PARK, HAVE BEEN ADOPTED BY A FOSTER MOTHER CALLED EMILY WHO IS HERSELF AN ORPHAN ELEPHANT SAVED BY THE FOUNDATION. IN AN AMAZING ROUTINE, EMILY LIVES WILD IN THE BUSH BUT RETURNS EACH MORNING TO COLLECT THE HERD, STAYS WITH THEM ALL DAY IN THE BUSH AND OVERSEES THEIR NOON MUDBATH BEFORE RETURNING THEM TO BE BABY SAT BY THE SHELDRICK STAFF AT NIGHT.
